within the framework of the study visit to Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship of the Republic of Poland, an official delegation of Vinnitsa region, 13 September, met with the leadership of the partner region, namely with the Marshal Mr. Adam Arbacom, Vice-Marshal - Mr. Yang Mackov Yak and Chairman of the Convention of the counties of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship and the head Ngerusak County - Mr. Kasmarka. The meeting was also attended by the MP of Ukraine Mykola Kucher. At the meeting the sides discussed perspective directions of cooperation in the framework of the signed agreement, which in 2 years will be 60 years, which is a unique phenomenon for the two regions, because no other region in Ukraine and none of the Polish province have no such experience of such long-term partnerships. "Ukraine has changed dramatically over the past two years. Only now will we truly understand that no one but us will change the country will not upset her. In fact, we live in historical time, a time when we are creating the history of our country, and which in the future will assess our children and grandchildren. Therefore, we must make maximum efforts to carry out decentralization reform in our areas, taking only the positive experience of our Polish colleagues and avoiding failures, learn from others ' mistakes. After the formal meeting took place the training in the form of discussion from Mr. Camarca, which in detail told about administrative division of Poland, the responsibilities and tasks of provinces, district and communes, as well as the main items of income and expenditure of each level of government. In addition, the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow, people's Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Kucher, the adviser of the Chairman of regional state administration, Deputy of the regional Council Dmitry Chalenko and the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko also participated in two meetings, specially prepared for the Ukrainian guests pan Marshal. The first meeting was devoted to the European initiative, Lagging Regions, which included only two Polish provinces and Sevinerek one of them, and two Romanian counties. The purpose of the initiative is to increase the attraction and use of EU funds and support socio-economic development at the local level. Marshal of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship suggested Vinnytsia region to participate in this European initiative. The idea was supported ValueRAM Corum and were given instructions to the relevant services of the two regions in the shortest possible time to work out the plan of joint activities in the framework of the above initiatives. The second meeting was held at the main office of the Club STU (club 100), which is an Association of entrepreneurs, financial help to local sports team and local community as a socially responsible business. In addition to the official meetings and talks with Polish experts and successful entrepreneurs, Mr. Arubas invited the delegation of citizens to see the results of decentralization reform and live chat with people who carried out this reform from the beginning. So a delegation of Vinnitsa region visited Ingerowski County, where together with the mayor of the district Mr Kasmarka and Chairman of the Board of County visited a local school, where they got acquainted with educational process and completed projects for the EU funds, and also visited the rescue and fire brigade, where he had a great opportunity to explore the latest machinery and rescue equipment. After Ngerusak County delegation moved to the commune Bellini, where he got acquainted with the objects of social infrastructure objects, environmental issues and tourist attractions. The members of the delegation after reviewing real examples of successful past reforms have worked up notes for the implementation of reforms in their areas.
