Olympic week in the city of Lutsk
Annually, according to the presidential Decree of Ukraine from June 29, 1994, the second Saturday of September our country celebrates the Day of physical culture and sports. These days in our city, as in other regions of the country held events in the framework of all-Ukrainian Olympic week and the Olympic lesson. Municipal establishment "Lutsk city center physical health "Sport for all" of Lutsk city Council" Olympic week began September 10, the city festival of sport on the occasion of Day of physical culture and sports among the teams at the place of residence of the population. This festive event was held on the Playground of UVK ¹ 9. Sunday, September 11, city center "Sport for all" actively took part in organization and holding of sports events in the city centre. In athletics competitions, "Luchesk half marathon 2016" was attended by all comers. Among fans of a healthy lifestyle, in the race for 100, 500 and 1000 m, also competed children, boys and girls from the districts of the city, which invited leading professionals in communal institutions. The organizers of this festival were made by KZ Lutsk MFZN "Sport for all" in cooperation with the Volyn Orthodox brotherhood of sobriety. The Director of the municipal institution Natalya Nazaruk was invited to welcome the word of the honored guest - a young participant in the XXXI summer Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), master of sports of Ukraine of international class in athletics (hammer throw), a student of Volyn regional school of the highest sports skill and the student of regional children and youth sports school Irina klimets. Natalia Nazaruk wished everyone good health, peace and encouraged to play sports and reach Olympic heights. In turn, Stepan Yarema, Chairman of the Volyn Orthodox brotherhood of sobriety promoted a healthy and sober lifestyle. Invited to the party boys and girls from the districts of the city, pupils of 9-10 classes UVK ¹ 9 and the students of the College of technology, business and law SLEEP im. Lesja Ukrainka with delight watched the demonstration performances of the athletes who came to the event. Their skills in various sports (Taekwondo, ballroom dancing, judo, gymnastics) showed the pupils under the guidance of coaches Alexander Kinakh, Yaroslav Mizuka, Sergey and Svetlana Zastrovska, Inna, Homenchuk, Valentina Gabble and Oksana Zalishchuk.
