In the Volyn region for trafficking in psychotropic substances,condemned the guys who acted in the organized group
Volyn region Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in the criminal proceedings against guys who are acting within the organized group, committed a number of crimes, floor’connected with illicit trafficking in psychotropic substances. During a pretrial investigation it is established that in January - February 2015 the place of residence of the organizer in Kiev, faces criminal group produced a psychotropic substance - amphetamine, which later were transported to the M. of luck for sales. The sentence of Lutsk city district court yesterday, the men were found guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 3. 28 - part 2 of article 306, part 3 of article 307, part 3 of article 311, part 3 of article 313, part 3, article 28 - part 2 of article 317 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment, the organizer of the group in the form of 11 years of imprisonment, two co-executors of 10 and 9 years imprisonment and in respect of all the convicts applied the additional penalty of confiscation of everything owned by the right of ownership of property.
