Volyn: will judge a man who was detained with marijuana "Jagodina"

Now he is accused of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 15, part 2 of article 305, part 1 of article 309 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. His fate will be decided by the court. Note that the sanction of part 2 of article 305 of the criminal code of Ukraine for smuggling of especially dangerous drugs punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of 8 to 10 years.
