Theatre On the independence of luck continues with the photo exhibition of the best projects that were implemented in the framework of cross-border cooperation Programme “Poland — Belarus — Ukraine”, organized by the Joint mission of the technical Secretariat of the Programme in Lviv. The program covers 6 regions of Ukraine: Lviv, Volyn, Transcarpathian, Rivne, Ternopil and Ivano — Frankivsk. Its main objective is the promotion and preservation of local culture and historical heritage, the development of transport services and infrastructure to support the development of health and social services, etc. According to the organizers, to demonstrate the exhibition began with luck, because Donetsk oblast is the most active region in the framework of the Program. Later it will be exhibited in other regional centers of Ukraine. In General, the projects that were implemented in the Volyn region, invested 35 million euros. In addition, they encourage representatives of local self-government and legal persons and other active citizens to cooperate and presenting new and relevant offers.
