Legal education of the population of Zhytomyr region will increase
15 September, the Zhytomyr regional state administration took place the first meeting of Zhytomyr regional interagency coordination and methodological Council on legal education of the population, in which participated the first Deputy Chairman of the regional Council Vladimir Shirma and the chief of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Zhytomyr region, Alexander Grabar and representatives of the structural subdivisions of the RSA. All participants of the meeting familiarized with the directions of the regional MKMS on legal education of the population and approved the work plan for the second half of 2016. MKMS activity should be directed on increase of efficiency of activity of bodies of Executive power, bodies of local self-government, associations of citizens, educational institutions and cultural institutions, scientific institutions, publishing houses and the media. In addition, the meeting discussed the main directions and the status of the education work carried out by the Department of culture and the Department of family, youth and sports of the regional state administration. It was also decided to hold from 3 to 10 October, the regional week of legal knowledge, timed to the 15th anniversary of the adoption of the National programme of legal education of the population.
