In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office launched investigation on the fact of hooliganism committed by police
in Particular, yesterday, September 14, about 23 hours, one of haysyn cafe, four men in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication, began to insult and NAV's to associate its presence to two women who were vacationing in place. One of them called her husband who came to help. Verbal skirmish has outgrown in fight in which a woman and a man were injured. As s’it turned out, among the participants of the incident were three active workers of haysyn police Department and a former police officer who is not certified. On the specified fact the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region information has been entered in ERDR on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 296 UK of Ukraine - hooliganism that is a gross violation of public order based on obvious disrespect for society, accompanied by special impudence or the exclusive cynicism, made by a group of persons. Now in criminal proceedings appointed forensic medical examination of victims, interrogations of witnesses, perform other urgent investigative actions aimed at rapid, complete and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal offense. Pre-judicial investigation is entrusted to investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region. Note that these actions are punishable by restriction of liberty for a term up to n'five years, or by deprivation of liberty for a term up to four years.
