Former head of the state forestry enterprises of Volyn is reported about suspicion in the Commission of a crime
the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region during the investigation of criminal proceedings concerning the misappropriation of property through abuse of office, forgery and obtaining illegal benefit by the employees of the state authority (the criminal offence provided by part 2, article 191, part 2 St. 364, part 1 of article 365, part 1 of article 366, parts 1 and 2 of article 367 and part 3 St. 368 Criminal code of Ukraine), it is declared suspicion to the former head of the state forestry enterprises of Volyn, which is exceeding his authority, at much higher cost acquired property, than caused to the state enterprise losses of around 108 thousand UAH. Currently held urgent investigative actions. Note that for committing specified crime criminal liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 2 to 5 years.
