As a result of the work in the Register of agricultural receipts recorded that during the first half of 2016 10 farm was concluded on 24 agricultural receipts in the amount of 48.2 million UAH. and one commodity agrarian receipt for 500 tons of wheat. The amount of the obligations for other financial agrarian receipts amounted to 500 thousand UAH. to 4.8 mln. Financial agricultural receipts were from "Agroprombank Bank (6 companies) and LLC "Agroscop" (6 enterprises). One commodity receipt was concluded with the firm "Syngenta". The repayment terms of agricultural receipts – from 31 August to 01 Dec 2016. Commodity receipt for 500 tons of wheat, the maturity of which 31.08.2016 in the Register of agricultural receipts are no longer active, that is, it is repaid. In General, "Agrarian receipts", this new tool, providing easier access for small and medium farmers in financial and logistical resources. But, as noted during the discussion of the function of "Agrarian receipts" is not limited solely to the working capital of agricultural producers. After all, along with this is formed by the cadastre, improving the system of accounting and tax accounting. What is very important – created a database of farmers who work effectively and conscientiously perform their obligations under agrarian receipts.
