In the Volyn region will judge the 18-year-old woman killed by her partner
Volyn region Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against 18-year-old resident of Kovel district, which killed 30-the summer cohabitant. On the evening of 28 July of this year, the woman, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication in the house in the village Krizevici, during an argument he struck him one blow with a kitchen knife in the chest. The blow proved fatal, after all, led to the death of men. Now the woman accused of murder (a criminal offence under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine), and hence, she faces a sentence of deprivation of liberty for a term from seven to p’atacati years.
