Rivne region: the prosecutors together with the police stopped activity of underground shop on manufacturing of pseudorandomly" detergents
Illegal shop on manufacture of counterfeit washing powder and other detergent famous brands operated in the storage areas M. of luck. Here of cheap raw materials produced "branded" goods, which later was realized through the Internet. Illegal activity was exposed and terminated employees of the Polessky Department of police Department of police National police of Ukraine jointly with the investigation Department of the Rivne city police Department GUNP in Rivne region under the procedural leadership of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office. According to the results of a search of the seized equipment for filling, apparatus for sealing packages, containers and raw materials for the manufacture of counterfeit products. The total number of seized counterfeit has made more than 2 thousand kg. These investigations conducted in the framework of criminal proceedings initiated Rivne law enforcement officers under article 229 of the criminal code of Ukraine upon illegal use of trademarks for goods and services. At the initiative of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office the court imposed a lien on the property being used for the specified illegal activity. It should be noted that in the framework of the criminal proceedings Rivne law enforcement officers have stopped in April 2016, the activities of illegal shop. Although its location, the organizers have changed, the efforts made to disguise the continuation of illegal business, to do this they failed thanks to harmonious actions of law enforcement.
