please be advised that the city Council's website and in the magazine “Ternopil evening” will be published a draft decision of city Council «On amendments to the Annex to the decision of city Council of 27.01.2015, No. 6/55/104 “On approval of the list of documents that must be attached to the draft decisions of city Council regarding the removal and of providing the land transfer gratuitously in the property of the land”. Aim: this regulation is aimed at improving the transparent coping mechanism, floor’connected with the provision of land lease or permanent use, transfer gratuitously in the property for service objects’of real estate without the development of appropriate documentation.
