Ternopil oblast: during the festival "borshevskaya embroidery" raised funds for the needs of soldiers ATO
Ninth time in borschiv held regional folk-art festival "borshevskaya embroidery devoted to the unique embroidery technique, through which the shirt out around the world. On the occasion of the guests arrived not only from different regions of Ukraine but also from abroad. In the city centre was exhibited embroidered work: towels, napkins, tablecloths, sewing, tracks, and other works of applied art. But most attention, of course, is given Borshevsky shirt - rich in its embroidery, peculiar and unique among the folk costumes of Ukrainians. All guests were treated to soup, amazed by the diversity of recipes and ways of serving. To prepare the soup was joined by representatives of the authorities. Educational institutions of the district (employees & students) everyone was treated to homemade cakes. Also during the festival was held a charity action "help the soldiers ATO". This year all proceeds will be donated to the public organization "Self-defense Barsetshire" (Director Svetlana Sorrentino), which together with representatives of the military Commissariat collected funds for the repair of UAZ which they passed from the Mill-Podilsky, and who is looking forward to the advanced 44 and Ternopil medical team. The participants of the festival were congratulated by the Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna, of a regional Council Victor Ovcharuk, Chairman of the Barshcheuski district administration Ludmila Usikov, of the regional Council Ivan kobylanski, people's Deputy of Ukraine Oleg Barna.
