But the sowing of winter crops has begun, albeit at lower pace in 2015. Vinnytsya region for the sowing of winter crops prepared 2655 units sowing machines, of which 540 units - 20% high performance. The average seasonal burden on the seeder is 129 hectares. Winter crops were sown on 30 thousand ha, which accounts for about 8 percent of the forecast area (forecast 383.6 thousand hectares). Sowing of winter rape completed - planted by 65.5 thousand hectares. The lack of moisture hinders and soil preparation for winter plowing. It is prepared in 17% of areas. According to Nikolai NERICA in the preparation of the soil for plowing in farms of the region involved 3480 tractors, of which 2134 units working on plowing and 1346 units in the disking. The load on one unit is 233 hectares. Currently the agricultural enterprises in the presence of 28.4 million tons of diesel fuel and 5.1 thousand tons of gasoline, or respectively 80 % and 82 % of needs.
