mayor Mykola Romaniuk is located in the city of Kiev, where he participated in a seminar for Municipal partners NEFCO in Ukraine. In the event, he discussed with the managing Director of NEFCO Magnus Rstentum and Å5Ð Fund Manager Anders Lund, the issue of implementation of the project “energy Efficiency in public buildings in the city of Lutsk”. For its implementation it is expected a loan in the amount of ˆ 5 million from the Nordic environment Finance Corporation NEFCO and the EUR 2 million grant from the E5P Fund. During a conversation with Nikolai Romanyuk Magnus Rystedt and Anders Lund promised maximum support in implementation of the project. The project “energy Efficiency in public buildings in Lutsk city” provides for the modernization of building envelopes, the installation of ITP, replacement of Windows, upgrading lighting system in 40 public sector facilities. Committee for the evaluation of the bids 6 April 2016 elected technical Advisor of the project of the Swedish consulting company “SWECO”, which selected the consulting company “garde” as a national consultant of the project. During 5-9 September, representatives of the company “SWECO” jointly with Ukrainian partners - the company “Garda” was conducted to collect the information needed to develop a feasibility study for the project “energy Efficiency in public buildings in the city of Lutsk”.
