In addition, Mr Huncik stressed that for the last 2 years in Volyn reduced the amount of natural gas consumption by 30%. The volume of agricultural and industrial production are growing. It speaks about positive dynamics on the way to energy independence of Ukraine. Further, the meeting received information on the progress of autumn field works in the region. In Volyn ended with the harvest of early grain crops, threshed more than 1 million tons of grain. Now continues the collection of the late grain and technical crops, and sugar beets. First Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Alexandr Stepantsov informed about the results of using the system ProZorro in public procurement in Volyn. In August of 1104 produced the purchase, resulting in savings of 4.5 million UAH. As of 23 September in the region is conducted 903 purchase, the savings amounted to UAH 3.5 mln. In General, starting from June, the use of ProZorro Volhynia was given the opportunity to save almost 11 million UAH of budgetary funds. In terms of procurement the Volyn oblast is located in 12th place in the overall ranking in Ukraine.
