In Vinnytsia region for receiving undue advantage detained the doctor
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office together with the staff of investigative office of city Department of the National police and the security service in Vinnytsia region 23.09.2016 testimone exposed "on hot" orthopedist-traumatologist of one hospital region. The latter demanded and received from the pensioner and the invalid of 2 groups illegal benefit in the amount of 2 thousand US dollars and 8òèñ UAH for the assistance in organization and carrying out of operation on replacement of hip joints. Now Prime investigative actions aimed at the full, comprehensive and objective establishment of circumstances of incident and prepare a written Podolinsky person on suspicion in committing a criminal offense under part 4 of article 368-4 of the criminal code of Ukraine and the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention.
