In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office takes measures for protection of state interests in the sphere of land relations

It is established that officials of the Main Directorate of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region during the July-August 2016, in violation of the requirements of section 7 of the decree of the President of Ukraine "On the procedure of sharing mechanism of land transferred into collective ownership of agricultural enterprises and organizations" and article 118 of the Land code of Ukraine provided to the citizens permit the preparation of land use documentation on the disqualification ownership of land in the reserve in the territory Kupinecka and Hrensko rural councils Illinetskyi district not occupied in the social sphere in the village, and also which don't take in members of agricultural enterprises and does not move to the countryside for permanent residence. By the decree of the President of Ukraine established that is generated during the transfer of land to collective ownership of the reserve Fund is used for transfer to a private property or granting use of land primarily for the citizens engaged in the social sphere in the village, and other persons, which are members of agricultural enterprises or which are moving to the countryside for permanent residence. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region on the specified fact in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 15, part 2 St. 364 Criminal code of Ukraine.
