In Vinnytsia passed the fifth report-electoral conference of the regional organization of trade Union of forestry workers. The number of employees decreased in five years by 25 %, but the company has maintained its stability and potential for further development, keeping the core of labor collectives. For this, no doubt have to thank the head of Department of forest and hunting economy Bondar A. A., experts of the regional Department, the Directors and management of enterprises, and to everyone who worked on the development and implementation of anti-crisis measures, increased productivity. The average monthly salary of full-time employees in the industry increased from 2575 UAH. in 2011 to UAH 7367. And in the half of 2016. At the end of last year, the average salary of workers in the industry was 72% more than the average for the field and 39 percent higher than in Ukraine, and in relation to the minimum was 424 %. In the first half of this year, this trend has continued and even intensified: the average salary of full-time workers in the sector is 91% more than the average for the region and 52% higher than in Ukraine, and in relation to the minimum was 508 %. At our facilities low staff turnover, we go to work young people. So there is some stability, confidence in the future, people cherish their work. Our employees know that we can count on the moral and material support in any situation. Not the last argument for such confidence is the presence of collective agreements in all enterprises. Regional administration jointly with the regional organization of the trade Union during the reporting period are constantly taking steps to improve the level of labor protection at the enterprises. Service of labour protection was held for more than 2,5 thousand checks of observance of requirements of the legislation on labor protection, revealed a number of violations (more than 7 thousand), the majority of which (6.5 million) were eliminated. The regional trade Union organization on the basis of the Territorial Board of the state supervision in Vinnytsia region held training and issued certificates of verification of knowledge on occupational safety issues 11 the chairmen of trade Union committees. The best evidence of the effectiveness of our joint work in this direction is the reduction in the last five years the number of accidents on production in 2006-2010 was 30 accidents at production, however, in the reporting period – 5. Over the past five years on issues of labour protection used 4.9 million UAH. During the reporting period 2011-2016 conducted three regional branch Olympics, was presented to the team for participation in national sports events, annual sports team participated in the regional misplay games, that of the Union budget of the regional organization of the Union was used by about 55 thousand UAH. the bonuses for Union members – about 20 thousand UAH. From the consolidated budget of the primary trade Union organizations during the reporting period, sports events, improvement of workers and members of their families, cultural and public events used more than 2 million UAH. The bonuses for significant work achievements, to the state holidays and personal anniversaries of the Union budgets of the primary trade Union organization received more than 50 thousand UAH.
