Zhytomyr: 1 October id card will be issued in Znaph region
26 September in Zhytomyr held a training with employees of the centers of administrative services in the exercise of their functions front office to provide administrative services, namely for receiving documents for registration of passport of citizen of Ukraine and passport to travel abroad. The training was attended by the Director of the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration Alexey Shatilo, head of the State migration service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr oblast Alexander Radko, head of the regional office of reforms Basil nevmerzhitskiy, representatives of the centers of providing administrative services to districts and cities in the region, consolidated territorial communities. During the discussion the head of the State migration service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr oblast Alexander Radko noted that from October 1, comes into force the Law of Ukraine ¹ 1474-VIII of 14.07.2016 "On amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding documents certifying the citizenship of Ukraine, identity or her special status, aimed at liberalization of the EU visa regime for Ukraine". According to the Law in Ukraine will start issuing new passports in the form of plastic card for all citizens. The new passport contains a contactless electronic media that cannot be modified or copied. According to the Law, a passport will be issued to every citizen of Ukraine who has attained 14 years of age. Persons under 18 years of age, the passport will be issued for 4 years, and all the rest for 10 years. The Director of the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration Alexey Shatilo said: "the Centres of providing administrative services is an important object of the service infrastructure in the provision of administrative services, whose number is constantly growing. In the framework of measures for decentralization of administrative services in the sphere of state registration of business and property, the issuance of passports and permits, etc are available through the centers of administrative services". The coordinator of the regional office of reforms Basil nevmerzhitskiy said that the main task of the office – assistance at the regional level, local government reform and territorial organization of power. During the three-year program, which was recently presented in Vinnitsa, office can help United territorial communities in development and centers of administrative services.
