In the Rivne region held a training seminar on the work of the software systems OVOP and ERDR
All the activities of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region objectively and fully displayed in a special electronic software systems, such as Accounting and statistics of the prosecution" and "the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations". Management of these electronic databases is an important component of the activities of the Prosecutor, because it allows to obtain, preserve and summarize data about the effectiveness of the Department and the state of law in the region, the state, and to plan activities for future prevent crime. This was discussed at a meeting held under the chairmanship of the Prosecutor of the Rivne oblast Oleg Sobol educational-methodical seminar on the organization of work of Prosecutor's office in the above-mentioned information-analytical systems. In the event that carried out with the use of the videoconference was attended by the heads of structural subdivisions of the Prosecutor's office of area, heads of local Prosecutor's offices, their first deputies and deputies and the prosecutors of local Prosecutor's offices and their departments. Presentations were made by the head of Department of management of the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations and the management of Eugene Mokritsky, as well as the Prosecutor of this Department Lyudmila Zemlicka. Attendees were presented ways to improve the functioning of these software systems and mechanism to make information about the work of the Prosecutor. Attention was drawn to the peculiarities of the corruption criminal offences in eRDR and specific problematic issues that may arise during the display of these and other data, in particular, in the work of bodies of preliminary investigation. Thanks to the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to improve their professional level, to exchange practical experience in the field.
