In the Vinnytsia region thieves of gold jewelry from a jewelry store taken into custody

Recently, three people of Kiev to come to the River to enrich themselves illegally. In the shopping center «European» store “quality” involved in sales of jewelry, made theft of jewelry-bracelets of yellow metal in an amount of 25 pieces of different shapes and netting a total weight of more than 277 grams, than caused material damage amounting to nearly 420 thousand hryvnias. Surgically the identity of the attackers set and took them to the police Department for’the circumstances of the incident. On the same day collected enough evidence of the involvement of these persons to perfect the theft, which was the basis for a message to all the attackers on suspicion of committing a crime under part 3 of article 185 of the criminal code of Ukraine, namely-in the secret abduction of another's property (theft), qualifying signs of which is the theft made on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, connected with the penetration into the store, causing significant damage to the victim. During carrying out Prime investigative actions it is established that these persons may be involved in the Commission of other criminal offences on the territory of Vinnytsia region and other regions of Ukraine. To ensure a proper pre-trial investigation and deterrence of concealing these individuals from the bodies of preliminary investigation, bershadskaya the local Prosecutor's office will appeal to court with the petition about the election of a suspect measure in the form of detention.
