"We cannot approach this problem formally, - said Igor Vons. – As you know, from a poisoning with poor-quality alcohol in the Kharkiv region has already killed 23 people. Therefore, our task is to unite the efforts of all services to prevent such a situation in our region. You have to work quickly, we are talking about the life and health of our countrymen." Illegal manufacture of goods of substandard materials (materials), which constitute a threat to the life and health of people, as well as the illegal marketing of such goods, which led to the poisoning of people or other grave consequences, - shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with seizure and destruction of the made goods and with confiscation of the equipment for its production.
