The Prosecutor's office of Volyn meets the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information"
For 9 months of 2016 to the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region according to the requirements of the law of Ukraine " On access to public information,” received 116 requests for information. Of these, 109 requests considered, 6 – aimed at facilities managers and others the one now under consideration. Upon review of 96 queries, provided information on 5 - rose’explanations and 8 requests to provide information is denied. Reviewed appeals related to personnel matters (48), the issues of pre-trial investigation (26), maintenance of public prosecution in the court (4), organizational-administrative activity of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn (3), representation of interests of citizens and the state in court, (2) and others (26).
