For the first nine months of 2016 to bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region received 117 requests for information
One of the important ways of access to public information in the Prosecutor's office is the provision of reliable, accurate and complete information to inquiries. So, prosecutors in the region for 9 months of 2016 received 117 requests for information, which considered 102, directed to the proper managers - 15. Prosecutors ' offices at the local level reviewed 23 requests. By results of consideration of 52 requests for information provided (office of the regional Prosecutor's office - 40, local prosecutors – 12), rose’explained the requirements of the legislation in the examination of 45 requests for information. Rose’explanations were provided mainly in SV’'yazku that citizens sent requests, including e-mail, which contents are the addresses and thus could be resolved in the order determined by the Law of Ukraine «citizens». Only in 5 cases in the provision of information is denied, in connection’connection with its allocation to a category with restricted access and from other bases specified by law. Most often requested information on personnel issues - 38, 14 - concerning pre-judicial investigation 6 - on the issues of organizational - administrative activity, 3 - representation of interests of citizens and state in court. Other issues considered 41 request. To the office of the Prosecutor's office of area the most requests were received from citizens – 46, representatives from media – 33, from public organizations – 8. A significant number of requests were received in the Prosecutor's office by e-mail – 43 and post SV’ – 35, personally filed 10 requests, by phone - 1. In all cases, responses to requests were provided in writing by mail or email asking. The main objectives of bodies of Prosecutor's office of area in this direction and remains further the systematic and rapid publication of information in the possession of the prosecution, the terms and the procedure established by the legislation and the provision in a particular order and timing of information requests.
