Volyn: a robber who attacked a woman in suburban array "Vorotnev"taken into custody
Lutsk the local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the robbery committed 30-year resident of the village Novels of Lutsk district. In the night from 2 to 3 October this year 5 times previously convicted of theft, robbery, death threats, fraud, and desecration of the grave of a young man illegally entered the territory of the suburban area on the array "Vorotniv" attacked the woman, struck her a blow with a stick on the head, pushed him into the house and took her mobile phone and gold earrings, causing property damage for a total amount of 2100 UAH. In a short time thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officers detained the robber. Now the man is reported about suspicion in Commission of the robbery, coupled with penetration into dwelling (a criminal offense under part 3 of article 187 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). The court chose the measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of 60 days.
