In Volyn region due to the reaction of the Prosecutor's office tracked down 16 inmates,who shied away from serving the designated court of punishment
On the constant control in the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region is the state of compliance in the area of requirements criminally-the Executive legislation of Ukraine concerning the real execution of court decisions on sentencing in the form of arrest or deprivation of liberty to persons who at the time of entry of judgments in force not in detention. As of 1 September this year, as the'found by the prosecutors in the region have remained unfulfilled court rulings which have gained legal force in the past year, against 29 persons. The results of the audits on these issues, the prosecutors region revealed 13 facts nezamechena territorial police this year in the presence stipulated by the current legislation bases of operatively-search Affairs on search of the persons evading from serving of criminal penalties. During inspections for the intervention of bodies of Prosecutor's office of area territorial police units spotted also 3 convicts, sentences concerning which entered into force before 2015. On the fact of non-performance by officials of the police region of the verdicts of the courts on the appointment of the three persons of the penalty of imprisonment the Prosecutor's office of Volyn region initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 382 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
