4 October, according to the presidential Decree of Ukraine from 29.03.2016 No. 122/2016 began the conscription of citizens of Ukraine on conscription military service in Armed forces of Ukraine and other military formations. The military personnel of conscription military service are on full state support. They are placed in barracks (on ships) in accordance with the Charter of internal service of Armed forces of Ukraine are provided with a daily three hot meals a day and military uniforms (summer and winter) according to the established norms.
