Stepan Barna: Our farmers will have another tool of access to financial resources - agricultural receipts

Despite the difficult natural climatic conditions this year, farmers have achieved good results in the harvest, and also have some achievements in the development of animal husbandry. Therefore, our General objective is to consolidate these positions and provide the impetus for further development of Ukrainian agriculture. And we all know that the agricultural sector is one of the key sectors of the economy that requires financial resources, requires that agricultural skills and talent. However, we all know that farmers often do not have enough available funds. To resolve this issue is the Draft, the purpose of which is the implementation of agricultural receipts to improve access to financial and logistical resources for small and medium agricultural producers", - stated Stepan Barna. According to official data, the region has more than 1.0 thousand agricultural enterprises including 575 farms. This figure remains constant for many years, which confirms the viability and competitiveness of these farms. "Therefore, agricultural receipts provide an opportunity to accelerate the process of obtaining the necessary resources, which is particularly relevant during periods of field work. We hope that the leaders will be interested in the new alternative form of funding of the agricultural sector – agricultural receipts, the need for their introduction, mechanism of its use", - said the head of the edge.
