Debt to PJSC "Chernivtsihaz" to be repaid after the start of the heating season,
"Debt of KP "Chernivtsiteplokomunenerho", which was formed after the end of the previous heating season before Pat "Chernivtsihaz" on may 1, 2016 was approximately 12 million UAH. – said the Director of the enterprise Alexander Melenchuk. Over the summer period has been paid about 7 million hryvnias. The balance of the debt in the amount of 5.1 mln. will be paid from the beginning of the heating season. This situation has arisen in most regions of Ukraine as a result of the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ¹217. The breakdown of funds provided by the specified resolution is performed in such a way that gets the largest share of the NJSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" - almost 70% of PJSC "Chernivtsihaz" – more than 20% of GKP "Chernivtsiteplokomunenerho" remains roughly 5-6%. Through low-interest means of splitting the enterprise has no funds to repay existing debt. With the beginning of the heating season and receipt of funds from residents for consumed thermal energy the situation will improve dramatically, said Alexander Melenchuk, – Hope for understanding the administration of PJSC "Chernivtsihaz" and I am sure that soon the debt will be rapidly repaid.
