Opening the press conference, the Deputy of Vinnytsia regional Council 7 convocation Vladimir Barresi said: "in the city of Vinnytsia under the threat of destruction of historical and architectural gem of our city and region of 17-18 centuries, a monument of national importance, the well-known "walls," namely "the Tower and the wall" street Wall, 1, and St. the Monastery. A group of scientists, historians, ethnographers, employees of Vinnytsia Museum and archives, public figures, students are sounding the alarm – they appeal to the leadership of the Vinnytsia oblast and city authorities, a DePuy corps to maintain Vinnitsa “Mura” from destruction. If you do not take immediate action, the monument will be under the threat of final destruction."
