In Lutsk conducted a RAID on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant economy
on the night of 5 to 6 October 2016 the working group was checked 14 objects of trade and sphere of services revealed a single fact of violation of part 2 of article 156 of the Cao, which is fixed to the staff of the office of enterprise development and advertising of Lutsk city Council, Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council and law enforcement officials. In fact violations of the above legislation was drawn up an administrative Protocol on the seller of shop “the Gourmet” (vul.Gordeuk, 49). This Protocol will be referred to the administrative Commission.
