Chernivtsi: entered into force the new tariffs!
In the Official Bulletin of Ukraine ¹ 77 from 07.10.2016 published decision of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in the spheres of energy and communal services (further – a Fee) from 19.08.2016 No. 1437 “On amending resolution of the National Commission, carrying out state regulation in the spheres of energy and communal services dated 16 June 2016 ¹ 1141”, registered in Ministry of justice of Ukraine 09.09.2016 No. 1240/29370, and the Decision of the Commission from 19.08.2016 No. 1438 “On amending resolution of the National Commission carries out the state regulation in the energy and utilities November 26 2015 No. 2868”, registered in Ministry of justice of Ukraine 09.09.2016 No. 1239/29369. The relevant Ordinance established the following rates for consumers KP "Chernivtsivodokanal": a) for centralized water supply: * consumers AC business entities in the sphere of centralized water supply and sanitation – 2.75 UAH. for 1 m3 without VAT (3,30 UAH. for 1 m3 with VAT); * consumers who are not business entities in the sphere of centralized water supply and sanitation – 6,91 UAH. for 1 m3 without VAT (UAH 8,292. for 1 m3 with VAT); b) centralized wastewater: * consumers who are not business entities in the sphere of centralized water supply and sanitation – and 3.46 UAH. for 1 m3 without VAT (UAH 4,152. for 1 m3 with VAT); C) services for centralized supply of cold water (using in-house systems) – UAH 9,09. for 1 m3 with VAT (UAH 7,575. per 1 m3 exclusive of VAT); g) services for a centralized drainage system (using in-house systems) – 4,55 UAH. for 1 m3 with VAT (UAH 3,792. 1 ì3áåç VAT). Rates come into effect from the day of official publication of Decisions of the Commission, that is 07.10.2016 G.
