Chernigov Signed a decree on the beginning of the heating season

General educational and preschool educational institutions, other educational institutions heat supply will be connected from October 10, 2016. Hospitals, clinics, and cultural institutions - from 11 October 2016 (at the written request of the head of the budget Agency). Housing and communal property of territorial community of the city of Chernigov, cooperative apartment buildings, associations of owners of apartment houses, private housing, as well as the departmental housing Fund of the enterprises and institutions from 12 October 2016. The document also stated that with the purpose of improvement of accounting of natural gas and prevent its loss, in connection with the use of stoves for heating, set the heating season to consumers who use individual gas heating, from 00 hours 10 October 2016 to 15 April 2017.
