The decision was made in connection with the statements of the Chairman of osmd "Magistrates' 19-A" Denisenko V. A., representative of apartment owners of the house No. 125 on the street Tolstoy, boyarchenko S. Yu., representative of apartment owners of the house ¹ 9 along the street Smotrova, Ostaa I. V., Director of PE "Tecnoconserve" Tsvilia I. M. The Executive Committee also instructed the municipal enterprise "new York" of Chernihiv city Council to ensure that the procedures of reception - transfer of houses to the balance ajoah andoh "Tekhkomservis" in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. When discussing this issue, the mayor noted in passing that the Law provides to give the possibility of conscious and active citizens to organize their own maintenance of their homes. And the city authorities and Chernigov removed need a clean town, tidy, no complaints and complaints. However, Vladislav Atroshenko noted the special responsibility of the organizers of the respective businesses: "it could be that someone convinced people to trust him a house, and then, in some circumstances, qualitatively it does not.
