Kovalskoy local Prosecutor's office together with employees of Kovel Department of police of the Main Directorate of the National police in the field and management to protect the economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine revealed the place of manufacturing of false documents on the vehicle's foreign registration. Kovel local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management in criminal proceedings on the forgery of official documents (criminal offense under part 1 St. 366 Criminal code of Ukraine). During pre-trial investigation by the Prosecutor the local Prosecutor's office obtained an order of the investigative judge, and on its basis the day before yesterday, the police searched the place of residence of cavalchina, in whose house seized 16 certificates of registration of vehicles and samples of documents with the stamps of the notary of the Republic of Poland, of the passport and copies of documents of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, 3 comp'computer and 2 printers. Also seized 5 vehicles on a foreign registration. Pre-trial investigation established that using this technique has made a fake power of attorney on behalf of the citizens of Poland on the right of management by vehicles which foreigners imported on the territory of Ukraine.
