Vinnitsa district administrative court satisfied 3 claims Deputy Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region in the interests of the Pension Fund of the region to three sub's of farming Kalinowski, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi districts for the recovery of debt to compensate for the payment of pensions assigned on preferential terms, the former workers of industrial enterprises for a total sum over 200 thousand UAH. In addition, in one case the specified category under the claim of Deputy Prosecutor of the region, the debtor voluntarily repaid the outstanding amount of 32 thousand hryvnias.
