For the implementation of the decision of the economic court of Rivne region, which supported a position of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, defendants actually returned to the state by acts of reception and transfer of two land plots with a total area of 375 hectares, located in Berezovskom area. As previously reported, two limited liability companies that leased land, the economic activity growing of agricultural products is not exercised, the rent for land is not paid, which led to the shortfall in the budgets. For these reasons and for the protection of state interests in the prosecution of Rivne region taken of a representative character, saying a lawsuit demanding to terminate the leases and return to the state land, the cost of which is more than 4 million UAH.
