According to him, enterprises, institutions and organizations of Vinnytsia oblast for 9 months of 2016, there was observed a relatively low level of conflict. This is evidenced by the relatively small number of collective labour disputes and the lack of social protest actions and strikes directly related to the worsening condition of social-labour relations. For the first 9 months of 2016, Department of NSAIDs in Vinnytsia region was taken into account to prevent the occurrence of CCC (K) 18 companies, the number of employees which amounted to 1712 people, where the results of the monitoring revealed violations of labour legislation on terms of payment of wages, indicating the presence of a number of unresolved problems in the sphere of social-labour relations of all forms of ownership. According to the Legislation of Ukraine, Department of NSAIDs in Vinnytsia region evaluates compliance with the criteria of representativity of the subjects of the parties, trade unions and employers ' organizations. The validity of the Certificate is 5 years. The entire issued 49 Certificates. In 2016, in connection with the termination of the 5 year period of pre-issued certificates, according to the new confirmed compliance with the criteria of representativeness 2 organizations, in particular: 1) Federation of trade unions in Vinnytsia region 2)Vinnitsa regional Association of employers ' organisations; With the aim to improve the interaction of NSAIDs office in Vinnytsia region and Vinnytsia regional state administration, head of Department of National service of mediation and reconciliation in Vinnytsia region provided the following suggestions: - To introduce mutual informing about cases of protests or planning in various forms of manifestation on the territory of Vinnytsia region and Vinnytsia V. M.; - Be required to attract employees of the Department working groups on consideration of requirements of employees involved in protests; - To carry out mutual exchange of information necessary for consideration) and resolution of claims of employees, put forward and led to protests; - If necessary, submit joint proposals to address the requirements of employees in accordance with the procedure defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the procedure of settling collective labour disputes (conflicts).
