Revenues of local budgets of Vinnitsa region,compared to the previous year increased by 1 billion UAH 60 million
As the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow, fiscal decentralization, which started in early 2015, has given a tremendous impact, from the point of view of income growth of local communities. "Compared to last year the revenues of local budgets in Vinnytsia region grew by 1 billion UAH 60 million, of which the regional budget – UAH 140 million, and the rest – the budgets of the basic level," - said the head of RSA. According to him, budget expenditures for 2017 will be formed under the new program-target method that assumes the existence of specific programmes with the indicative indicators and appropriate funding for its implementation. "Will set specific objectives, and it will give a lot of answers to questions that we are in the field of education, health, other, – said Valery Cow. - If we manage to build new goals, and new relations budget, in the future we will be able to work in a qualitatively new budget system, where you can see and the financing of Ukrainian cinema, and raising the minimum wage, and support in agriculture".
