In Vinnytsia oblast for the Commission of murder the malefactor it is declared suspicion
Person, a suspect in the murder of the concubine in Vinnyts'ki Khutory village in Vinnytsia oblast, (13.10.2016), it is declared suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense under part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine and a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days. The suspect, who was in a state of alcoholic SP's intoxication, there was a conflict with his mistress, in which he committed the murder of the woman, inflicting hammer blows on the head and face. Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds, procedural management is performed in which the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region. Reference: part 1 article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine - premeditated murder, i.e. deliberate illegal causing death to another person. For this crime the criminal code of Ukraine punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 15 years.
