In Volyn region the robber-loser was in places of imprisonment for 7 years
Lutsk local Prosecutor's office supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings in relation to the previously repeatedly convicted for property crime is 26-year-old resident of Novovolynsk. Around 17.00 hours. 06 August 2016 on the street Konyakina in luck drunken young men attacked a 47-year-old woman and using tear spray, tried to pull out at it from hands a handbag. The victim fell and broke his arm, but the purse was not released. To protect the woman were three men who had just arrived on the scene and apprehended the assailant and handed him over to the police. During the preliminary investigation, the attacker was genuinely remorseful. Lutsk city district court found him guilty of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 187 Kriminalnogo code of Ukraine (robbery committed by a person previously committed a robbery) and partly by attaching to him the unserved part of the previous sentence of the court, appointed final punishment in the form of 7 years and 7 months of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
