Rivne local Prosecutor's office is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of improper performance by a medical worker of the professional duties, which resulted in the death of a minor patient. During a pretrial investigation it is established that a surgeon KZ "Rivne regional children's hospital" in November 2015, while on duty in a medical institution for the negligent and careless attitude to their professional duties has not had proper medical treatment 5-year-old boy brought in with high fever, the result of which he died. Proper and timely treatment of a child in the hospital could save her life. in agreement with the procedural head – the Prosecutor of the local Prosecutor's office of Rivne this doctor reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided by part 2 of article 140 of the criminal code of Ukraine (improper performance of professional duties by the medical officer due to the negligent or unfair relation to them, entailed heavy consequences of a minor).
