Economic court of Vinnytsia region satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region about the termination of the lease and the return to a territorial community of S. Kapustiany Trostyanetsky district of land, with an area of almost 5 hectares and a cost of 3.1 million UAH, which were in the use of sub’management. Grounds for appeal to the court was the failure by lessee of its contractual liabilities’commitments, in particular, the systematic non-payment of rent. Thanks to the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, the measures taken, the local community S. Kapustiany had the opportunity to effectively use the land in communal ownership, with the goal of filling the local budget.
