Inspectors of the Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council under paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 255 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences and section 1 of the decision of the Executive Committee of 17.02.2016 No. 107-1 "On the powers of officials to develop protocols on administrative offences" and the power conferred on the Department of the municipal police powers of enforcement in the city of law and order, protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of territorial communities and ensure the implementation of decisions of the city Council and its Executive Committee, in the period from 01 Sep to 01 Oct 2016 396 were drawn up protocols on administrative offenses committed on the territory of the city. The Department is authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses under articles 104, part 1 of article 106-1, article 106-2, 150-152, part 1 and part 2 of article 152-1, 154, 156,159, 160, 175-1, 185-1, 186-5 code of Ukraine on administrative offences. 233 report on administrative offenses is directed on consideration of the administrative commissions under the Executive Committee of the city Council of Lutsk and 163 - other settlements of Ukraine. The Department of municipal police of Lutsk city Council on a daily basis, within the authority, is working on identifying and preventing the Commission of citizens on the territory of the city of Lutsk administrative offences.
