in order to adequately protect the rights of children of socially vulnerable categories of service for children Affairs prepared the project of the regional program to provide housing for children-orphans and children deprived of parental care and individuals from among them in 2017-2019. The project was reviewed at the meeting of Board of service for children of oblast state administration. "Of the total number of orphans and children deprived of parental care (1081), residing in the territory of the region 984 of the child (91%) have a housing, of which 131 patients (13.3%) – the right of ownership, 853 (86,6%) is on the right of use. 59 orphaned children and children deprived of parental care, aged 16 to 18 years are on the housing register, 153 individuals of them ranging in age from 18 to 23 years are on the housing register," - said the head of service for children of regional state administration Rostislav Thrush. However, on the housing register consist of 24 persons from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care under the age of 35 years and 6 citizens from among children of orphans and children deprived of parental care over the age of 35 years.
