On the claims of prosecutors Rivne region, in the interests of the state and the citizens recovered almost 65 million UAH

So in 2016, to protect the interests of the state and citizens, prosecutors filed claims worth about 362 million UAH. Already, the courts granted claims for the recovery of nearly 65 million. In particular, prosecutors have used public events to protect state and municipal property (the stated claims in the amount of over UAH 40 million), land from illegal encroachments (302 million UAH), as well as in the areas of taxation (more than 500 thousand UAH), environmental (over 800 thousand UAH). Thanks to the response of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region just returned and warned illegal provision of more than 530 hectares of land. Here is a vivid example. At the suit of the Prosecutor's office of Area, the state returned more than 660 hectares of land worth UAH 20.7 million, which Dubno regional state administration was transferred in December 2005 to lease to a private enterprise. The court came to the conclusion that the Prosecutor's call for the return of land to the state is justified, since the lease agreement has not undergone a proper registration in the order determined by the legislation applicable at the time of its conclusion, and therefore, the land was in the use of private enterprise unnecessarily. Prosecutors are also comprehensively used within the authority responses to protect the rights of juvenile residents of the area. Special attention was paid to the preservation of the network of children's institutions, property and land. The amount of satisfied claims in the sphere of protection of the rights of children has reached more than 800 thousand UAH. So thanks to the intervention of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region stopped illegal use of the premises of the Rivne inter-school training and production plant with area of 390 sq m valued at nearly 416 ths. The court upheld the position of the prosecution and ordered the private company to vacate the rented premises that is in violation of the requirements of the legislation were used for other purposes, not for educational process or educational purposes. In total bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region participated in the examination of nearly 300 civil and commercial Affairs, most of which are considered by the court of appeal. Also the bodies of regional Prosecutor's office responded to an illegal judicial decision. In particular, the courts of appeal and cassation appealed 42 such decisions, of which more than half have been canceled. The amount of decisions reversed on appeal to the documents, amounts to more than 1.6 million UAH. For compensation of the harm caused by criminal offences, presented claims in the amount of 12 million UAH, of them satisfied for the sum of 9 million UAH. Work in this direction continues.
