The reform of vocational training in Ternopil region will be carried out together with the public
In the Ternopil region are preparing to rationalise the sector of vocational education. Which paths are the most optimal was determined at the meeting in the regional state administration. The key issue is that in 2016 the maintenance of institutions of this profile falls entirely on local budgets. This step is carried out in the framework of fiscal decentralization that is happening in the Ukraine. Ternopil region most of the year, coped with this task - from January to August to ensure the full functioning of the institutions of vocational education at the expense of regional and municipal budgets – this was the purpose of 47 million UAH.. the Rest of the year will be covered by the stabilization subsidies from the government. Today in Ternopil region there are 22 institutions of vocational profile, in which education will receive 9 thousand students. This year almost 4 thousand of them received the profession and became experts in the field of services. So the question arises – will be graduates with a degree?
