The owners of land shares in the Ternopil region will receive more than 300 million lease payment
To the end of the year the owners of land shares in the Ternopil region will receive 317 million UAH of rent, 36 million UAH more than last year. Increased the total amount of payments for the use of land due to raising rents under current legislation. Now for 74.8 % of the contracts it is 3% of the normative monetary value of land. Gradually increasing the number of transactions with a rental rate at the level of 4-7% of the normative monetary evaluation of land – now they are 35.5 thousand. In Ternopil region there are 269,1 thousand contracts for use of land shares with total area of more 483,8 thousand hectares. More than half of transactions is a medium – term contracts with a duration of 8-10 years. The average rents of private ownership of land is 656 UAH per hectare, which is 101 hryvnia more than last year. The high cost of land lease in Podvolochisk district -1158 UAH/ha, the lowest (about 380 UAH/ha) in Zborovska. As at 01 Oct tenants paid to owners of land shares 147,4 million, or 46 % of the total amount of payments.
