24 October, was held a training workshop on the preparation of budget requests on the PPB for financial executives and the main managers of means of local budgets. The seminar was held with the participation of specialists of the center of information and analytical technologies. During the seminar specialists of the financial industry had the opportunity to learn about the work and the benefits of a Unified management information system budget. For reference: Brief description of the main features of the Unified information system of management budget (hereinafter - SB): 1. fully complies with the requirements of the formation, execution and reporting of program performance budgeting – budget with much greater comfort for users. For example – all budget programs are configured to certain indicators and objectives, which significantly reduces the time of preparation of passports of budgetary programs; 2. unlimited drill down capabilities budget for KFK and KEKV. For example, KEKV, it is possible to drill down to the type of goods (services) by the user; 3. documents on implementation of passports of budget programs are generated automatically on the basis of the passport of the budget program, with minimal downtime for users. 4. the ability to automate the calculation formulas for calculation of indicators of efficiency, quality, and efficiency of budget programs; 5. the ability to connect an unlimited number and level of users, that is work in the system can be built up from budget holders to financial management; 6. the possibility of erecting information from the lowest level Manager/recipient of funds, the chief administrator of financial management (expenditure plans/usages, changes in plans, passports of budget programs, the implementation of the budget programs, etc.) 7. much higher speed reporting and there are no problems with printing to legacy printers. 8. the possibility of storing and processing large amounts of information; 9. each user only sees and works with my database (budget program, KEKV, documents, etc.). The ability to customize the interface for each user individually; 10. there is the opportunity to work with the web interface, using any operating system. It is possible to connect to the system from anywhere in the world devices such as PC, tablet, iPhone and so forth. In a similar way the system works, "Treasury"; 11. bearing in mind paragraph 9 of the updated system has a much powerful mechanism of protection from external intrusion into the system from computer viruses; 12. automatic daily backups of the database system (provided by the city, permission).
